Meet the Staff
Debbie Clark, Director
I have been the Director at Cross Road Children’s Center since 2011. I have worked with children for over 30 years. Prior to coming to CRCC I owned and operated a NH State Licensed Daycare for 15 years. I have a BS in Theory of Teaching and I earned my CDA and Childcare Administration in 2012. I enjoy working with children because I want to make a difference in their lives. I enjoy teaching through music.
I have been married to my Husband Andy since 1988 and together we have 2 grown daughters. In my spare time I love to garden, read, and go boating. Andy and I also love to spend time with our dogs, Ringo and Bruschi and our rescue cats. I am also a diehard New England Patriot’s fan.
Bethany Robinson, Lead Infant 1 Teacher
I have worked with children for 15 years. I have been at CRCC since 2012. I have an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a BS in Communication Sciences & Disorders. I love working with young children, especially the infants. I love watching them grow, develop, and change. In my free time I love to go hiking with my sister, working on jigsaw puzzles, making jewelry, and watching movies with my husband.
Michelle Trovato, Lead Infant
I have been working at Cross Road Children’s Center since 2013. I have my Associates Degree in Child Development. I have loved and enjoyed working with children for over 30 years. My passion is working with the infants and toddlers.
I am a mother and a grandmother and I enjoy doing many different kinds of crafts, spending time in nature, and being an avid New England Patriot’s Fan.
Elaine Bromfield, Lead K2 Teacher
I have been at Cross Road Children’s Center since 2014. I have a BS in Early Childhood Education. I have been working in the early childcare field for over 20 years. I love working with children and watching their growth and development come to life.
I live in Maine with my husband and dog, Abby. I enjoy the outdoors, gardening and walking on the beach.
Jodi Bell, Lead Floating Teacher
I have been working at Cross Road Children’s Center since 2013. I have my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been teaching for many years and I still enjoy learning something new every day. I love my job because I get to teach and have fun all day.
Judy Jarosz, Associate Infant Teacher
I have been in childcare for 40 years, 30 of those have been caring for infants. I have been with Cross Road Children’s Center since 2012. I received my education at Merrimac Community college as well as Lesley University.
I have 3 children, 2 step children and 7 grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family.
Jennifer Brown, Associate Pre-School Teacher
I moved from Illinois to NH 11 years ago to be closer to family. I have been at CRCC since June of 2012. I have worked with children of all ages for over 20 years. I have been in the infant room for 2 years but I will be moving to the 3 yr room since my son will be in the infant room. My goal is to continue growing as a professional so that I can give the children at CRCC the best possible learning experience.
In my spare time I enjoy watching the Chicago Cubs and Bears. I also enjoy spending time with my family, kayaking and making cards!
Danielle Corbett, Associate Pre-K teacher
I joined Cross Road Children’s Center in November of 2016. I graduated from UNH with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. After traveling the country, and moving to the Caribbean for a few years I went back to continue my education in Early Childhood. I have been working with children for over 10 years. I enjoy traveling, I love to cook and eat, and I love the outdoors.
Ilene Lajoie, Associate Pre-School/K2 Teacher
I joined Cross Road Children’s Center in August of 2016. I have worked as an Early Childhood Educator for 16 years. In my spare time I enjoy hunting for different books to read with the children. I also collect various craft books or search the web for developmentally appropriate ideas and projects to share with my class. I love music and teaching songs and dances with the children.
Caitlin Cutter, Associate Toddler Teacher
I started working at Cross Road Children’s Center in July of 2014. I have been working with children for over 7 years. I am currently taking ECE classes to further my education. In my spare time I enjoy running and working out. My husband and I are expecting our 1st baby in April.
Kaiya Daniels, Associate Infant Teacher
I have worked at Cross Road Children’s Center since 2016. I have floated in different classrooms but find that I enjoy the infants. I am currently attending college taking Early Childhood Education classes. I live in Berwick Maine with a housemate and my kitty Triscuit. I enjoy reading, puzzles, and painting.
Donna Hart, Assistant Teacher
In 2015 I joined the staff at Cross Road Children’s Center. The experience has been wonderful, challenging, and has provided great satisfaction. I love providing an environment where children can grow and develop in character, emotionally and physically. I enjoy playing with them through music, dance, games and puzzles.
I enjoy Christian movies and music. I love bike riding, board games and doing puzzles with my grandchildren. I plan to continue my education Early Childhood as learning is a lifetime experience.
Felicia Amazeen, Assistant Teacher
I started working at Cross Road in 2017. I am new to the childcare field but my plan is to enroll in ECE classes during the summer. Children are one of my biggest passions because they just brighten my day. I love spending time with my husband and 2 beautiful children.
Kaychele Ouellette, Assistant Teacher
I have worked at Cross Road Children’s Center since December of 2016. I have worked with children for a few years and find that working with children is where my heart is. In my spare time I enjoy spending it with my daughter.
Alexis Ure, Assistant Teacher
I started working at Cross Road Children’s Center in January of 2017. My future plan is to start taking some Early Childhood Education Classes. I love working with children, reading and being outdoors.
